* Important Notes *
Please be patient and understanding as we will be limiting the number of parents/guardians/siblings/friends who accompany patients into the office. It is our goal to have fewer than 10 people who are not on our staff in the office at any given time, and we will need your participation to make this possible.
Please be patient with us as we anticipate responding to a high volume of emailed questions. We hope to keep you updated on treatment through email until social distancing is relaxed.
Please email your questions about treatment progress to firstname.lastname@example.org. It is important for us to keep you aware of treatment progress, but social distancing guidelines will keep us from having the face to face interactions we want to have with you after appointments.
Rescheduling Missed Appointments
We know that most of our patients are anxious to be seen. The state’s mandated closure required us to reschedule over 1,500 appointments for patients currently in treatment, in addition to almost 200 appointments for patients who are new to our practice, who may want to begin treatment. This means that ALMOST EVERYONE is overdue for an appointment. This is a difficult challenge, as circumstances beyond our control have created an enormous demand for limited appointment times since we have also been directed to limit the number of people in the office. We regret that these factors have combined to make it impossible to meet everyone’s timing expectations and hopes. We kindly ask for your patience as we do our best to ensure that everyone gets rescheduled as soon as possible and that everyone’s treatment progresses in a timely manner while maintaining your safety and the quality results you have come to expect from us. We have kept track of all patients who have been forced to reschedule appointments, and we are trying our best to reschedule patients in the order in which they were previously scheduled. We will be working through this group and contacting you to reschedule as soon as possible.
